Refund & Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Some products, including made-to-order products, special-order items, customized products, and bulk orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Before returning any product, please contact us at sales@mechatalkstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by MECHATALK, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
